Grow Your Staff is looking for a Finance and Operations Manager for Fuse Capital Group, a firm based out of the UK. The position is a full time remote position. The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the UK. Fuse Capital excels at matching clients with the ideal funding sources to meet their unique needs.Responsibilities: Finance Support core finance tasks including preparation of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and periodic management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Assist in cash flow monitoring, working capital management, and financial planning activities.Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for statutory accounts, tax filings, payroll processing, and compliance requirements across all jurisdictions.Monitor projects and marketing initiatives with a focus on cost control, budget adherence, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.Provide financial data, dashboards, and insights to leadership for decision-making and performance tracking.Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and documentation.Ensure financial processes and documentation comply with internal controls and regulatory standards.Operations and Procurement Drive internal efficiency by refining systems, workflows, SOPs, and time-management tools to support organizational growth.Research, evaluate, and benchmark tools, software, platforms, and service providers required across departments.Prepare comparative analyses (cost, features, scalability, compliance, ROI) to inform procurement decisions.Manage supplier relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, renewals, and contract management.Support vendor negotiations to improve pricing, payment terms, and overall cost efficiency.Coordinate end-to-end procurement processes — from requirement gathering and approval workflows to purchase execution and documentation.Periodically review existing tools and vendor contracts to identify consolidation and cost-optimization opportunities.Track operational KPIs and provide performance updates to leadership.Provide data and insights for business reporting and strategic initiatives.Demonstrate flexibility in taking on varied responsibilities, adapting quickly to evolving business priorities.Qualifications: Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance, or a related fieldCA/CPA/CFA/ACCA is a bonus4+ years of experience in finance, operations, or business support rolesCRM experience essentialExcellent communication skills Why Fuse CapitalProfessional Development:Fuse Capital is committed to your growth.
