We are looking for a Lead Engineer to be the guardian of Service Delivery and Operational Excellence. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of an enterprise-grade platform (OCP) deployed across Public Cloud environments (AWS/GCP). Your mission is to ensure 24/7 stability through advanced automation (GitOps), rigorous Service Management, and proactive cloud-native monitoring.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Roadmap & Cloud Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the platform. This includes EOL planning, major version upgrades, and aligning the AWS infrastructure underlay with OCP requirements.Infrastructure GitOps & IaC: Serve as the lead architect for automation. Use ArgoCD as the sole orchestrator for cluster administration and Terraform/CloudFormation for provisioning AWS resources (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3).Namespace as a Service (PaaS): Automate the provisioning and lifecycle of environments with strict enforcement of quotas, RBAC, and cloud-native network policies.Fleet & Security Management: Drive global governance using ACM (Advanced Cluster Management).
