We work with large global and Indian clients on Internal Audit and Risk Advisory engagements.Role OverviewAs an Internal Audit Manager, you will lead and deliver internal audit and risk consulting engagements for insurance companies and asset managers, with a strong focus on investment and operational processes. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end internal audit engagements (planning to reporting)Perform process walkthroughs, risk & control assessments, RCMs, audit programs, and control testing (design & operating effectiveness)Deliver audits across front, middle, and back office investment processesApply Internal Audit, SOX, IFC, ICFR methodologies in line with IIA standardsIdentify process improvement opportunities and provide value-added recommendationsManage engagements within agreed timelines, cost, and quality standardsSupport business development (proposals, lead identification)Ensure compliance with firm quality and risk management policiesDomain Expertise RequiredStrong understanding of Insurance / Asset Management industry risks and trendsExposure to multiple asset classes: Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, PE, Real Estate, Hedge Funds & AlternativesManagerial ExpectationsLead and mentor teams; act as a people manager/counsellorContribute to knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and solution developmentAbility to work as both engagement lead and individual contributor when requiredPersonal AttributesExcellent communication & stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple engagementsStrong analytical mindset; proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & data analyticsFlexible to work across time zones and travel if requiredSelf-motivated team player with a proactive risk mindsetInterested?
