We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join a Fortune 100 enterprise team focused on delivering production‑grade machine learning and Generative AI solutions. This is a hands‑on, senior‑level role for someone who enjoys owning the full lifecycle of data science initiatives, from experimentation through cloud deployment.This position is hybrid onsite (3 days per week) in Bangalore, India, and is open only to immediate or 30‑day joiners.Compensation: ₹25 – ₹40 LPA base + 7% –10% variable payLocation: Hybrid onsite, Bangalore, India (3 days per week onsite)What You Will DoLead end‑to‑end machine learning and data science initiatives aligned with business objectivesDesign, prototype, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT and GANsApply techniques including Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine‑tuningBuild and train models using TensorFlow and PyTorchDevelop scalable data pipelines using Spark, Hadoop, or DatabricksDeploy and operate models on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCPPartner with Cloud, DevOps, and Security teams to productionize modelsUse CI/CD tooling such as GitHub or Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or BicepMentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices across the teamRequired Qualifications9 or more years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning4 or more years of hands‑on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorchProven, production‑level experience delivering Generative AI solutionsStrong programming skills in Python and SQL (R is a plus)Experience deploying models in cloud environmentsFamiliarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as CodeAbility to work hybrid onsite in Bangalore three days per weekImmediate or 30‑day notice period availabilityWhy This RoleThis role sits at the intersection of advanced data science, Generative AI, and enterprise‑scale deployment.
