Our focus is on scalable, reliable applications that solve complex rule-based problems in aviation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role (India) for a Tech Lead – Full Stack (MEAN Stack).This is a hands-on leadership role. You will actively contribute to development while mentoring a small team and helping translate business and domain requirements into scalable technical solutions.You will work closely with US-based teams, so availability from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of 3–4 full stack developersDesign and implement backend services using Node.js and MongoDBDevelop and maintain frontend applications using AngularTranslate business and domain requirements into technical designsArchitect clean and maintainable application workflowsConduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practicesTroubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysisMonitor EC2 instances, review logs, and ensure application uptimeManage storage and assets using S3Participate in client and SME discussions to clarify requirementsDrive sprint planning and ensure timely deliveryQualifications4+ years of total software development experience3+ years of experience leading or mentoring developersStrong hands-on expertise in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)Experience designing and optimizing databasesExperience handling production deployments and troubleshootingBasic familiarity with EC2 instances, logs, and S3 storageStrong understanding of system design fundamentalsGood communication skillsComfortable working in a remote setup with fixed US overlap hoursCompensationCTC: ₹20L – ₹25L per annum Compensation will depend on technical depth and leadership capability.
