Project Architect – PMC / Infrastructure ProjectsLocation: Jalandhar, PunjabCompany: Artefact Projects LimitedIndustry: Infrastructure / Construction / PMCExperience: 10 YearsAbout the RoleArtefact Projects Limited is looking for an experienced Project Architect to support planning, design coordination, and execution monitoring of commercial and infrastructure projects. The role is aligned with PMC / Authority Engineer functions, ensuring design compliance, coordination, and quality delivery across project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural planning, concept development, and detailed design for commercial/infrastructure projectsReview and validate architectural drawings, layouts, and GFC drawings submitted by consultants/contractorsEnsure compliance with local regulations, NBC codes, and statutory approvalsCoordinate with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams for integrated design deliveryMonitor site execution to ensure adherence to approved designs and specificationsSupport project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring in coordination with PMC teamConduct design audits, quality checks, and technical reviewsMaintain proper documentation, drawing control, and reporting systemsLiaise with clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors for smooth project executionParticipate in review meetings and provide technical inputs for decision-makingKey Requirements / EligibilityBachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)10–15 years of experience in planning & designing of commercial / infrastructure projects.
