Key responsibilities:Verification of management systems in the food industry individually or as a part of the teamExamination and assessment of different management systemsContribution to improvement of a client’s overall food safety management systemsAccount management - acting as a sparring partner for delivering the audits at our key accountsFood technical Leadership i.e. a subject matter expert in your field of expertiseProviding an excellent service to the client and be knowledgeable about the requirements of the accreditation.The broadening and deepening of the collaboration with our clientsContribution to development of our servicesThis is a challenging and diverse job where you will get to meet a lot of different people, varying clients and meet interesting challenges in all aspects. Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in the food industry (process and/or technology)Adequate working experience in quality management and food safety in the food sectorMinimum of 5 years of work experience (in relation to food production & technology) in the food industry.Holding a qualification for 3rd party auditing in FSSC 22000, BRCGS-food, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCPAdditional qualification for FSSC -packaging or BRCGS-Packaging will be an advantageAnalytical approach with proactive attitude and assertivenessLeadership and management experienceStakeholder management experienceVery good communication skillsExcellent language skills both spoken and written in EnglishConfidence in using remote ICT technologies (Skype, MS Teams etc.) for remote auditing What does LRQA offer?Flexible & hybrid working (30% of audits can be done remotely)Variety of trainings and diverse professional and personal development opportunitiesCareer developmentAttractive salary packageLaptopWellness dayInclusive & supportive team culture We offer you a challenging and varied role, where you will visit large reputable companies (top 100).
