The trainer should be capable of delivering practical, scenario-based coaching aligned with current industry expectations.Key Responsibilities: Deliver in-depth training on Agile/Scrum framework with strong real-world application examples.Conduct mock sessions covering Scrum ceremonies including:Daily Stand-upsSprint PlanningSprint ReviewsRetrospectivesTrain candidates on facilitating collaboration between Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams.Provide case-based learning on removing team impediments and ensuring sprint goal achievement.Coach candidates on driving Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in enterprise environments.Train on tracking and reporting sprint metrics (velocity, burn down charts, KPIs) with practical tool demonstrations.Provide structured guidance on working within regulated environments (FDA, GMP, GxP) and compliance expectations.Share domain-specific Agile implementation strategies across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and IT cross-functional teams.Conduct Agile maturity assessments and transformation-based interview scenario training.Provide stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and communication strategy coaching.Conduct mock interviews, real-time scenario-based questioning, and feedback sessions.Core Skills to Be Covered in Training:12+ years of total IT/Professional experienceMinimum 10+ years strictly as a Scrum MasterStrong industry exposure in Manufacturing / Life Sciences / Healthcare / Medical DevicesDeep knowledge of Agile, Scrum framework, and SAFe (preferred)Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile toolsExperience working in regulated environments (FDA/GxP/GMP preferred)Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skillsEducational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred)
