Job TitleGoogle Ads & SEO Specialist (Marketing + Analytics Role)About Blik AgencyBlik Agency works with brands that want measurable growth, not vanity metrics.We run performance-driven marketing across Google, Meta, SEO, and conversion funnels, and we care deeply about why numbers move - not just that they move.This role reports directly to the manager and plays a key part in shaping how our campaigns, funnels, and marketing systems improve over time.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a marketing generalist who is strong with numbers.Your core responsibility will be managing and improving:Google AdsSEO performanceKeyword strategyAlongside this, you’ll analyze campaign data, user conversations, and funnel performance to identify what needs to change and why.This is not a “set ads and forget” role.This is a thinking + execution role.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities (Core Role)Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaignsConduct SEO research, keyword analysis, and ranking improvementsTrack performance metrics and explain results clearlyPrepare and maintain marketing reports (Sheets, dashboards, summaries)Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gapsSecondary Responsibilities (Growth & Funnel Insights)Review WhatsApp conversations and lead journeys to identify drop-offsUnderstand where users disengage in the funnel and flag improvementsCollaborate on improving automated messaging, and flowsShare actionable insights with the founder - not just raw dataFollow clear SOPs and improve them over timeWhat We’re Looking For:Must-HaveHands-on experience with Google AdsStrong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword researchComfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and reportsAbility to explain data insights in simple, practical termsCurious mindset - asks “why” before jumping to conclusionsWillingness to do both thinking and executionNice-to-HaveExperience managing or assisting with marketing campaignsUnderstanding of funnels, lead quality, and conversion journeysExperience working with agencies or multiple clientsWhat This Role Is NOTNot a pure media buyer roleNot a design or content writing roleNot a vanity metric social media roleWhy This Role MattersYou’ll have real ownership, not just tasksYou’ll work directly with the founderYou’ll influence how marketing decisions are madeYou’ll grow into a broader Marketing / Growth role as the agency scalesExperience LevelMid-level2–3 years of relevant experience preferredSkill and thinking > number of years
