Manager - Accounts, Audit and TaxationJob Location: Bengaluru (Full Time)Job Description:Role & Responsibilities – Illustrative Listing:✓ Independent handling and managing entire spectrum ofAccounting Matters : Preparation, Review and Finalization of Books of Accounts Income Tax matters including Advance Tax, TDS, filing of Return of Incomes, various forms, assessment proceedings. Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits. GST matters including filing of periodic Returns, assessment proceedings. Certification matters under various statutes, particularly Companies Act, 2013 and Income-Tax Act, 1961. Professional Tax matters. Contribution to and co-ordination for the tasks and assignments managed by the other verticals of the Firm, vis Corporate and Commercial Laws and Financial Consultancy Services. All related and incidental tasks & assignments. Team Management. Required Experience & Skills:Work Experience: 5 to 7 Years – Preferably having major work experience with Practicing Chartered Accountants.Academic Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ Having cleared CA Intermediate Examination – Preferred (either both the groups or one of the groups).Technical & Domain Skills:Proficient in Tally & Proficient in MS-Office tools. Full Knowledge and understanding of the relevant provisions of the Income-Tax Act, 1961, GST Statues and the Companies Act, 2013. Soft Skills:Leadership Qualities. Team Spirit and interpersonal management. Quick learning, grasping and adapting skills. Proficient Communication skills in English language, both spoken and written. Good Analytical skills & High level of interpretations skills. Performance & Self-Appraisal Criteria:Adhering to the extant office norms, policies and instructions, particularly as regards timings, leave, team management, overall conduct, decorum and discipline. Task Ownership and Management – Planning, Execution & Completion in most time efficient manner, accurately and completely driven by zero tolerance on noncompliance on all fronts including statutory due dates and internal target dates.
