Job Description

Role Objective: To own the site visit experience and convert high-intent prospects into confirmed bookings through expert negotiation and financial consulting. Responsible for her/his sales targets and drive the telecaller team to generate more site visits. Key Responsibilities:Conversion Ownership: Responsible for the /"Face-to-Face/" closing of leads generated by the pre-sales team.Financial Engineering: Explaining complex payment plans (e.g., Subvention/No Pre-EMI schemes) to help clients understand their ROI.Negotiation: Handling price objections and closing the deal with a /"consultative selling/" approach.Pipeline Management: Working with the management to ensure 100% follow-up on /"hot/" site visitors.Remuneration:Fixed Salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum.Performance Bonus: High-ticket incentives per booking (Industry-leading slabs).Joining: Immediate Joiners Only.What we look for: Minimum 2–3 years of proven success in high-ticket real estate sales.About BLR Realty:BLR Realty, is a realestate consulting brand operating under its tech arm Leadschilly Technologies Pvt Ltd, is a tech-driven real estate growth firm that is rewriting the rules of property sales.
