AMBROSIA- Kitchen Apprenticeship Program 2026Ambrosia is inviting applications for its Kitchen Apprenticeship Program, designed as a direct pathway to a permanent role within our pastry team.This is not an internship.This is a structured, full-time apprenticeship for individuals serious about building a long-term career in professional pastry.Over four months, selected candidates will train within our fast-paced, systems-driven production kitchen - gaining hands on exposure to :Production processesFinishing and quality standardsHygiene and workflow disciplineConsistency and service readinessPerformance will be evaluated throughout and apprentices who demonstrate alignment with our standards, work ethic and culture will be offered a permanent position upon successful completion.We are looking for:1-2 years of professional pastry kitchen experienceStrong foundational technical knowledgeDiscipline, reliability and accountabilityComfort working under structure and high standardsClear intent for long-term growth within one organisationThe program begins 1st March 2026 and is a paid, four-month apprenticeship.Venue: Okhla, Phase 3Please note: Applications from home bakers or individuals currently running independent pastry businesses will not be considered.If you are ready to commit, grow and build your career with us, share your CV along with a brief note on why you are passionate about pastry at:careers@
