Workday Projects & HubSpot ConsultantJob Location-India RemoteRequired Experience-5-12 YearsJob DescriptionRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced consultant with strong expertise in Workday Projects (PSA) and HubSpot to support project operations, system configuration, and cross-platform integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize project tracking, resource management, and CRM workflows.Key Responsibilities:Configure, support, and optimize the Workday Projects / PSA module, including project setup, billing, and financial tracking.Manage and enhance HubSpot CRM, including workflows, reporting, pipeline management, and automation.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.Support integrations between Workday, HubSpot, and other enterprise systems.Monitor project performance, ensure data accuracy, and provide operational insights through dashboards and reports.Required Skills & Experience:Hands-on experience with Workday Projects (functional or techno-functional).Strong working knowledge of HubSpot administration and configuration.Experience with system integrations, APIs, or middleware tools is preferred.Solid understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and financial processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in enterprise implementations or support environments.Exposure to reporting/analytics tools and process improvement initiatives.
