This role focuses on advancing our scientific understanding through computational methodologies in drug discovery pipeline and workflow development in collaboration with product and engineering teams.Key Responsibilities:1) Target Discovery & Systems BiologyTarget identification using multi-omics, literature, and public datasetsPathway analysis, network biology, functional enrichment, disease biology contextBuild reproducible pipelines for biological data integration and interpretationRequired Skillset: Omics/systems biology, Python/R, biological databases and pathway tools2) Computer aided Drug Discovery (CADD)Similarity search, QSAR/QSPR, scaffold hopping, pharmacophore workflowsSAR analysis, chemical space exploration, clustering, diversity selectionCompound library + assay data curation for screening and modelingProtein structure preparation, binding site analysis, pocket characterizationDocking workflows and post-docking analysis, MD simulation(poses, interactions, ranking)Benchmarking and validation of structure-based pipelinesRequired Skillset: RDKit + Python, fingerprints/descriptors, assay data cleaning and analysis
