Website: About the Role: Own end-to-end customer growth by scaling high-performing acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels, while driving repeat purchases and maximizing lifetime value through data-driven lifecycle marketing. You will identify and scale winning audiences, creatives, and offers, optimize funnels, and build automated journeys for onboarding, replenishment, cross-sell, and win-back. Analyse campaign performance, cohort behaviour, and customer segments to uncover growth opportunities, run continuous tests, and implement strategies that improve ROAS, repeat purchase rates, and overall revenue.Collaborate with Creative,Product, and Analytics teams to deliver cohesive, performance-led campaigns that drive both acquisition and long-term engagement. Key Responsibilities: Own and scale Meta Adsperformance end-to-end - campaign structure, audiencestrategy, creative testing, budget scaling, and ROAS optimization across prospecting, retargeting, and reactivation Identify and scale winning combinations of audiences, creatives, hooks, and offers through continuous testing and structured experimentation on Meta. Work closely with Creative and Product teams, bringing a strong creative sense to guide messaging, hooks, formats, and iterations that translate into high-performing, scalable Meta ad creatives. Drive retention and LTV growth by activating CRM-ledjourneys (Email, WhatsApp, Push, SMS, RCS) for onboarding, education, replenishment, cross-sell, and win-back. Build and leverage high-intent & lookalike audiences usingCRM, purchase behavior, cohort insights, and Meta signal optimization. Own core growth KPIs including Revenue, CAC, ROAS, First Purchase Rate, Repeat Purchase Rate, and LTV, with a clear focus on profitable scale. Requirements: 4-6 years of hands-onD2C performance marketing experience, with deep expertise in Meta Ads execution and scaling. Proven success scaling Meta campaigns while maintaining or improving ROAS and retention metrics. Strong experience with CRM/lifecycle tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap).
