This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions. If you are passionate about consultative selling and want to be part of a growth story, we would love to connect.  Role Overview We are inviting applications from experienced Sales Consultants with 10+ years of proven expertise in the rubber, plastics and composite (FRP) molding industry, across applications such as rubber, seals & gaskets, water and chemical storage tanks, and more. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities using industry connections. Support and guide on-site trials (compression, injection, transfer molding). Demonstrate measurable improvements in cycle time, release ease, mold fouling reduction, and scrap reduction. Provide consultative technical service, troubleshooting, and after-sales support. Strengthen relationships with production heads, QA teams, and purchase departments. Contribute to sales growth targets and strategic account expansion.  Qualifications 10+ years of experience in any of rubber and plastics molding industry,mold coatings, and processing aids across applications such as automotive rubber, seals & gaskets, industrial rubber, tanks, and more.  manufacturing industry or from Release agents sales  Strong technical background in Engineering, Science, or Chemistry preferred. Established industry credibility and networks. Ability to travel and engage directly with customer plants. Why Join Us? This is more than a sales role—it is a strategic consulting opportunity for industry veterans who want to leverage their expertise, influence, and network to drive meaningful growth while working with performance-focused solutions. If you are a respected industry professional ready to take on a high-impact consulting assignment, we would be pleased to connect.
