Experience: 2–4 YearsEngagement: 12-Month ContractShift: US Shift (Night Shift – IST)Location: Remote Role SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Pardot Certified Expert to execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email and paid media. This role will manage end-to-end campaign execution in Pardot and Demandbase, including audience segmentation, campaign builds, testing, and performance optimization.The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are brand-aligned, targeted, and performance-driven for US-based stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesChannel & Campaign Management (Email and Paid Media)Build, test, launch, and optimize campaigns across email (Pardot) and paid media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Demandbase)Execute audience segmentation and targeting strategies using prospect data, insights, and campaign objectivesRefine targeting through segmentation, audience analysis, and collaboration with content/creative teamsOptimize ad and email performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous adjustmentsEnsure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging standardsPardot & Demandbase ExecutionBuild and deploy Pardot emails, Engagement Studio programs, forms, landing pages, and automation rulesExecute account-based and paid media campaigns in Demandbase as per campaign plansManage prospect lists, segmentation, scoring, grading, and lifecycle stagesCoordinate campaign setup across platforms to ensure consistent targeting and messagingSalesforce–Pardot IntegrationMaintain sync between Salesforce CRM and Pardot (fields, campaigns, objects)Support lead routing, assignment logic, and campaign attribution trackingTroubleshoot sync or data quality issues impacting campaign executionPerformance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor and analyze campaign performance across email and paid channelsCreate reports and dashboards for engagement, MQLs, conversions, and pipeline impactRecommend optimizations based on performance data and testing resultsCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with marketing, content, creative, and paid media teams to ensure asset readinessEnsure assets are brand-aligned and optimized for campaign performanceTranslate campaign briefs into Pardot/Demandbase execution plansWork closely with US stakeholders to meet campaign timelinesMust-Have RequirementsPardot Specialist Certification (Mandatory)2–4 years hands-on PardotExperience executing email and paid media campaigns (LinkedIn/Demandbase preferred)Strong segmentation, targeting, and audience strategy experienceHands-on with Engagement Studio, automation rules, and campaign buildsExperience optimizing campaigns via testing and performance analysisUnderstanding of Salesforce–Pardot integrationComfortable working US shift
