Job Title: US Recruiter (Recruiting + Bench Sales) Location: Keshar Tower, Near Railway Station, Gwalior Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift - EST Time Zone) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: 3-6 LPA + Incentives About the Role We are looking for a driven and energetic US Recruiter to support U.S.-based hiring needs. This role combines recruiting, client pitching, documentation management, and visa service coordination in a fast-paced environment. If you are confident in communication, enjoy sales conversations, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities • Source, screen, and submit candidates for U.S. IT and non-IT roles • Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding • Conduct cold calling and pitch recruiting services to potential clients • Promote staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa services (H1B, OPT, CPT) • Maintain candidate and client documentation accurately • Coordinate compliance and onboarding paperwork • Build strong client and candidate relationships • Meet submission and placement targets What We’re Looking For • Strong English communication skills • Confidence in cold calling and pitching services • Organized and detail-oriented with documentation • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Goal-driven and self-motivated
