We're growing fast and looking for skilled drafters to join us for the long haul.Position Overview:We are seeking full-time Architectural AutoCAD Drafters who are experienced with AutoCAD Architecture (2018 or newer). This is a remote work-from-home opportunity, open to candidates worldwide, provided you have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work during our 9 AM – 5 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) office hours.Our ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and can produce consistent, high-quality drafting work. You should have 3 to 5 years experience in residential drafting, specifically wood-frame construction and general architectural plans.AutoCAD Architecture software is preferred, but for qualified candidates, we may provide access to the software.Key Responsibilities:Create architectural drawings and models for residential projects (new builds, remodels, additions, barndominiums).Interpret architectural sketches, markups, and redlines, and convert them into accurate CAD drawings.Work directly with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure plans meet local building codes and client specifications.Maintain a consistent turnaround time and deliver quality, organized drawing sets.Respond promptly to feedback and revisions.Basic Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of architectural drafting experience, preferably in residential wood-frame construction.Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture (2018 or newer).Communication: Clear English communication skills (written and verbal).Soft Skills:Good listener, responsive to feedback.High attention to detail and quality control.Strong work ethic and dependability.Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.Equipment: You must have a PC capable of running AutoCAD Architecture and reliable high-speed internet.Compensation:Pay is competitive and based on experience and skill level.Please let us know your current salary and your desired starting salary.To receive our salary and employment offer, please submit your resume along with a portfolio or sample drawings (PDFs preferred).Payment is processed weekly via (international candidates welcome).Employment Type:Contract-to-Hire:30 to 90-day trial period as a contract worker.Upon successful completion of the trial, a long-term, full-time position will be offered (40 hours/week).Fully remote with consistent hours: 9 AM – 5 PM MST.Why Join Us?Long-term stability with consistent workflow.
