Talent Acquisition Executive:In this role You will be responsible for working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to effectively execute sourcing and hiring strategies. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting broader talent initiatives.Your job:Actively source, build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive search across various channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn and internal career portals, employee referrals, headhunting, and other social platforms.Own and manage end to end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, shortlisting and screening candidates based on job requirements, coordinating the entire interview process with respective hiring teams and stakeholders.Organize large-scale recruiting drives.Ensure the quality and consistency of Talent Acquisition process, KPIs (lead time, quality of profiles, offer conversions), SLAs.Maintain data quality to enable data driven insights for decision making and recruitment strategies.Initiate and implement process optimization.Support in planning, executing employer branding campaigns across various platforms.Our requirements:Bachelor’s degree with 1-4 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including prior experience working in a recruitment agency.Proven experience hiring for roles across engineering, sales, software, and manufacturing domains.Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude with strong work ethic and a commitment to high-quality delivery.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as CRM and ATS tools.Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore, India.Job Type: Contract
