Role Overview:We are seeking a Procore Lead to drive the functional and technical design, implementation, and integration of Procore for project management and delivery within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing Procore for construction companies and possess strong leadership skills to manage end-to-end solution design and integration.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:• Lead the functional and technical design of Procore for project management and delivery in the construction domain.• Design and oversee integration between Procore and Oracle Applications.• Conduct surveys of existing PMI tools used by the client and develop a strategy to consolidate them into a single Procore application.• Provide expert guidance and best practices for Procore implementation and customization.• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and project timelines.________________________________________Required Skills & Experience:• Proven experience in implementing Procore for construction companies.• Strong understanding of Procore modules for project management and delivery.• Hands-on experience with integration design between Procore and Oracle Applications.• Ability to lead functional and technical teams during implementation.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.________________________________________Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in construction industry IT solutions.• Knowledge of PMI tools and consolidation strategies.• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems.
