Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent and Development Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, demonstrating strong leadership skills and strategic thinking. The Talent and Development Manager will play a vital role in shaping the organization’s culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving business performance through effective Recruitment and learning and development initiatives. Specifically, the Talent and Development Manager will: Learning & Development Design and implement learning programs to upskill employees and close identified skill gaps. Administer and manage Learning Management System (LMS): assign training, track certifications, and maintain compliance with Microsoft Partner Center requirements. Develop and configure learning paths, courses, assessments, and certifications. Review LMS content and generate accurate reports/dashboards to evaluate training effectiveness. Partner with internal stakeholders to create globally relevant learning solutions and maintain compliance status. Support organizational change initiatives, succession planning, and leadership development strategies. Design and manage goal-setting frameworks, feedback loops, career paths, and development plans. Coach first-time managers and senior leaders on performance, engagement, and development. Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire training calendar planning. Integrate career paths with learning journeys and performance management systems. Integrate performance reviews with development planning. Use performance insights to identify skill gaps and targeted learning interventions. Collaborate with CHRO and managers on HR strategies and ad-hoc strategic projects Employee Engagement Drive employee engagement programs, including Fun Fridays, annual cultural events, and well-being initiatives. Conduct -day syncs, onboarding reviews, and 1:1 check-in to enhance employee experience. Compliance & Reporting Track and update employee certifications to meet Microsoft Partner Center compliance. Coordinate with leadership and teams on certification status and eligibility metrics. Maintain accurate records in employee databases and internal documentation. Technology & Digital Enablement Proficiency in LMS, HRIS, and digital learning tools. Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled HR solutions. Drive automation and process efficiency initiatives. Required Qualifications MBA in Human Resources Solid knowledge of India employment laws L&D certifications are good to have 8-10 years of progressive HR experience Strong exposure to Learning & Development and Strategic HR initiatives Proficiency in Canva for learning design and communication materials Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills Experience working across global teams/time zones -ET alignment occasionally required Preferred Competencies Experience in technology or IT services organizations Exposure to multi-country HR environments Demonstrated ability to scale people processes in growing organizations ALIANDO is an equal-opportunity employer committed to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.
