Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and driving engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. Performance & Talent Management: Lead the performance review process, identify skill gaps, and support leadership in succession planning, career development, and capability building. Policy Implementation & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently while maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal standards. Change Management Support: Guide teams through organizational changes—such as restructuring, policy updates, or cultural transformations—by providing communication, support, and training.
