We function on a fully digitised HR ecosystem where all people processes — from hiring to performance management — are managed through structured systems and HRMS frameworks. We are looking for execution-focused HR Executives who can independently drive recruitment while supporting core HR processes such as grievance handling, exits, and performance cycle coordination. Role Overview This role is primarily focused onend-to-end recruitment ownershipacross assigned verticals, along with assisting in employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should be process-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a structured, performance-focused environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility) Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (trainers & non-trainers) Coordinate with HODs to understand manpower requirements Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and other channels Conduct initial screening interviews Coordinate assessment rounds and stakeholder interviews Manage offer roll-out and pre-joining coordination Maintain recruitment trackers and reporting dashboards 2. Grievance Handling Support Assist in documenting and tracking employee grievances Coordinate with reporting managers for resolution timelines Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation Support HR Manager in grievance closure process 3. Exit Management Coordinate resignation acknowledgements and notice tracking Conduct exit interviews Maintain exit documentation and clearance process Share exit analytics with management 4. PMS Coordination Support Assist in appraisal cycle coordination Follow up with managers for review completion Maintain KRA/KPI documentation Support rating compilation and reporting Candidate Profile 5–8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment Proven experience in managing multiple roles simultaneously Strong screening and evaluation skills Comfortable working with HRMS systems Strong documentation and reporting skills Good communication and stakeholder management ability Ability to maintain confidentiality and neutrality Must be available to join within 15 days
