This is a full-time remote role where you will support our senior analysts in evaluating property performance and assisting with the financial lifecycle of diverse real estate portfolios. You won’t just be crunching numbers; you’ll be learning how capital moves in the built environment.Key Responsibilities: Property Analysis:Assist in the preparation of property-level financial statements and variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget). Data Management:Extract and analyze data from rent rolls, operating statements, and lease agreements. Market Intelligence:Conduct research on market trends, vacancy rates, and comparable sales to support valuation models. Financial Modeling:Support the team in building and maintaining discounted cash flow (DCF) models and pro-forma statements. Reporting:Help generate high-quality investor reports and due diligence packages for acquisitions and dispositions.Qualifications CRE Interest:A foundational understanding of real estate metrics (e.g., NOI, Cap Rates, IRR, and Cash-on-Cash returns). Analytical Rigor:Ability to dissect complex datasets and identify trends that impact property value. Accounting Fluency:Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS principles, specifically how they apply to real estate accounting. Excel Proficiency:Comfortable with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and basic financial functions (advanced modeling skills are a major plus). Communication:Strong written and verbal skills to present findings to global team members. Education:Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field.
