This role requires strong expertise inServiceNow Data Models, CSM, Order Management, Data Migration , and collaboration with SMEs to map and translate complex data into the ServiceNow ecosystem.Key Responsibilities Lead data migration activities from external tools into ServiceNow Manage large data extractions, transformations, and conversions into target SNOW formats Work closely with SMEs to understand functional data requirements and mappings Provide best‑practice guidance onCSM/OM data model usageand process impact Support data-related activities across objects such as: Accounts Sold & functional products CIs Contacts Contracts Contribute as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in an Agile SCRUM setup Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and broader transformation objectivesRequired Skills & Experience 6+ yearshands‑on experience as aBusiness Analyst / Product Owner / Product Manageron theServiceNow platform Strong expertise in: Order Management (OM)and Data Model Customer Service Management (CSM) ServiceNow platform functionality Experience withdata migration , including transformation, mapping, and validation Ability to translate functional needs into scalable SNOW configurations Knowledge ofCSDM(Configuration Management Framework) is a strong plus Good understanding ofITIL Experience working on large‑scale transformation programs Strong knowledge and experience withAgile SCRUM methodology⭐Preferred Qualities Comfortable working with complex datasets Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environmentInterested or know someone who might be?
