Position Overview: We are seekingfull-time Architectural AutoCAD Drafterswho are experienced withAutoCAD Architecture (2018 or newer) . This is aremote work-from-home opportunity , open to candidates worldwide, provided you have areliable internet connectionand the ability to work during our9 AM – 5 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST)office hours. Our ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and can produceconsistent, high-quality drafting work . You should have 3 to 5 years experience inresidential drafting , specifically wood-frame construction and general architectural plans. AutoCAD Architecture softwareis preferred, but for qualified candidates,we may provide access to the software . Key Responsibilities: Createarchitectural drawings and modelsfor residential projects (new builds, remodels, additions, barndominiums). Interpretarchitectural sketches, markups, and redlines , and convert them into accurate CAD drawings. Work directly with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure plans meetlocal building codesand client specifications. Maintain aconsistent turnaround timeand deliver quality, organized drawing sets. Respond promptly to feedback and revisions.Basic Requirements: Experience : Minimum3-5 years of architectural drafting experience , preferably inresidential wood-frame construction . Software Proficiency : Strong knowledge ofAutoCAD Architecture (2018 or newer) . Communication : Clear English communication skills (written and verbal). Soft Skills : Good listener, responsive to feedback. High attention to detail and quality control. Strong work ethic and dependability. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects. Equipment : You must have aPC capable of running AutoCAD Architectureandreliable high-speed internet .Compensation: Payis competitive and based onexperience and skill level .
