The selected candidate will interact directly with registered applicants, guide them through the process, and assist the team leader in ensuring smooth daily execution.Key Responsibilities·      Call and follow up with registered applicants.·      Provide clear information about the platform and audition process.·      Respond to participant queries with empathy and professionalism.·      Maintain structured records of interactions and status updates.·      Assist in tracking registrations and documentation.·      Support follow-ups for online and offline auditions.·      Assist the team leader with daily operational tasks.·      Provide support during city auditions and events, if required.Candidate Profile·      Strong spoken English (Hindi proficiency is an advantage).·      Confident, polite, and empathetic communicator.·      Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.·      Organised and detail-oriented.·      Smart, presentable, and professional attitude.·      Quick learner with proactive mindset.Educational Background·      Graduates or final-year students in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields.·      Freshers are encouraged to apply.What You Will GainHands-on exposure to a national platform, real experience in communication and coordination, and opportunity for performance-based growth within Vesna Event Crafters.
