Based in SF and Hyderabad, we are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact.About the Role:We are hiring a Biology SME with strong foundational knowledge in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Cell Biology, and Ecology. You will validate biological explanations, annotate conceptual errors, and categorize reasoning steps across diverse biological domains.Key Responsibilities:Validate reasoning across topics like gene expression, cellular processes, molecular pathways, and ecological interactionsAnnotate conceptual errors, misinterpretations, and incorrect biological assumptionsInterpret diagrams, pathways, and processes to verify correctnessReview written biological explanations for clarity, accuracy, and logical flow.Tag concept categories and maintain consistent structure across dataset tasks.Provide gold-standard explanations where necessarySkills & Experience Required:BSc/MSc in Biology, Lifesciences, Biotechnology, or related fieldsStrong conceptual understanding of molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, physiology, and ecologyAbility to analyze diagrams, pathways, and biological reasoningSkilled at identifying conceptual errors and evaluating explanation clarityBiology Graduate / Pre-Med Background with strong conceptual grounding and ability to evaluate reasoning, explanations, and diagrams.Why Join Us?Work on high-impact projects that contribute to building AI for Good.Collaborate with top-tier engineers and domain experts from IITs, NITs, and BITS.Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.NOTE: This will be a flexible freelancing opportunity.
