Your main responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all airport passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gate, and baggage claim areas - Handle all inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, delays, and other relevant airport information - Assist with ticketing and seat assignments - Process and verify passenger documents and ensure compliance with airport security regulations - Collaborate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure efficient and seamless operations - Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales and other services - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all passengers and employees Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure - Proficient in using computer systems and familiar with airline ticketing software - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
