Job Description: Viswamitempowersolution is currently seeking reliable and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport in Dibrugarh, Assam. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and other airport procedures - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Communicate with airline staff, pilots, and other ground personnel to coordinate flight schedules and procedures - Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Conduct security screenings and follow all safety protocols and procedures - Maintain a clean and organized airport terminal, including restocking supplies and cleaning common areas - Assist with loading and unloading baggage and cargo from aircraft - Operate airport equipment, such as baggage carts and tugs, in a safe and efficient manner - Handle any unexpected situations or emergencies that may arise, following proper protocol and procedures - Adhere to all company policies and regulations, as well as local and federal aviation regulations Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
