Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Ticketing Executive/Airport Ground Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong understanding of the travel industry. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel arrangements - Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients - Handle ticketing and check-in processes at the airport - Ensure all necessary documents and information are provided to passengers before their flight - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely departures - Resolve any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and efficient manner - Keep up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and regulations - Provide support to the sales team in promoting and selling travel packages - Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and other relevant information - Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred - Previous experience in the travel industry is an asset - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficient in computer systems and reservation software - Knowledge of airline policies and procedures - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
