Interested candidates, kindly mail toenpcareers.hr@Job Description Responsible for the overall Construction Management and Execution of all construction activities for Minor projects across onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities.To ensures safe construction completion, within scope & schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company specifications, international standards, regulatory requirements, and technical standards.Demonstrate leadership and direct the site construction team and contractors and acts as a key interface between project management, engineering, procurement, and operations.Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all construction activities for onshore and offshore oil & gas minor projects, including greenfield, brownfield, and modification works. Develop and implement construction execution strategies, methodologies, and work plans. Lead site construction teams, supervisors, and discipline engineers inline with the project priorities. Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, logistics, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and operations. Lead HSE performance at site and enforce compliance with company and regulatory safety requirements. Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership, audits, and safety campaigns. Ensure offshore construction complies with marine safety, lifting operations, SIMOPS, and regulatory standards. Review incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO, IEC, DNV, etc.). Ensure compliance of all construction QHSE standards Oversee inspection, testing, and quality documentation. Ensure timely closure of punch lists and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Review and approve construction schedules, manpower plans, and equipment mobilization. Monitor progress, productivity, and cost performance against project baselines. Identify construction risks and implement mitigation measures. Support contract administration, variations, and claims management. Manage EPC/EPCIC contractors and subcontractors to ensure contractual compliance. Chair construction progress meetings and coordination workshops. Liaise with offshore installation contractors, marine crews, and logistics teams for offshore activities. Interface with regulatory authorities, third parties, and client representatives as required. Coordinate construction completion, mechanical completion, and system handover. Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities. Ensure as-built drawings, completion dossiers, and turnover packages are finalized.Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of oil & gas construction practices, sequencing, and modularization. Experience with heavy lifting, marine operations, hook-up, and SIMOPS Knowledge of construction contracts and execution models (EPC, EPCIC, reimbursable). Familiarity with project controls and construction management systems. Proven leadership and people management capability. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Competent in Conflict Management and Crisis Management Excellent communication and stakeholder management. High commitment to safety, quality, and delivery excellence. Ability to work under pressure in site-based and offshore environments.Education Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Civil) with consistent academic record. Professional certifications are an advantage (PMP, NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent)Experience Required Typically,15–18+ yearsof experience in oil & gas construction.Extensive experience managing medium to large scaleonshore facilities(plants, refineries, pipelines, terminals).Strong experience working with Discrete / EPC contractors, multicultural teams, and international projects.Interested candidates, kindly mail toenpcareers.hr@
