You understandInstagram & LinkedIn deeply(algorithms, trends, hooks, retention, storytelling). You’recreative + strategic(ideas are great, execution is better). You’re comfortableshooting content on phoneand editing reels yourself. You are hands-on withCanva, CapCut, InShot, VN, etc. You can manage content calendars, brand tonality and posting discipline. You are comfortable beingin front of the camerawhen required. You move fast. You execute faster. You enjoy brainstorming campaign ideas and quirky content formats. You understand audience psychology, not just aesthetics. Your Core Responsibilities Plan & execute platform-specific social media strategies Build and manage content calendars Create reels, stories & short-form video content (mobile-first) Shoot & edit quick-turnaround content Collaborate with designers, copywriters & performance teams Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts & trends Turn ideas into viral-ready execution Build brand narratives, not just posts The Kind of Person We Want Smart.
