Rajbagh – A Holistic Wellness Retreatis a doctor-led holistic wellness retreat in Udaipur offering personalized naturopathy, yoga, and satvic nutrition programs designed to restore balance and support sustainable, preventive health.About the RoleAs a Senior Medical Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing guest health assessments, designing individualized naturopathy treatment plans, and supervising therapeutic protocols aligned with classical naturopathic principles and modern wellness practices.Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive consultations and diagnostic assessments Design personalized naturopathy treatment plans (diet, detox, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, yoga therapy, etc.) Oversee and monitor patient progress throughout their stay Collaborate with yoga therapists, nutritionists, and wellness practitioners Guide satvic diet planning based on individual health conditions Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards Mentor junior doctors and therapists Conduct wellness talks, guest orientation sessions, and health workshops Eligibility CriteriaBNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences) – Mandatory MD (Naturopathy/Yoga) – Preferred Minimum 5–8 years of clinical experience in naturopathy practice Experience in wellness retreats or integrative healthcare centers preferred Strong understanding of detox protocols, lifestyle disorders, and preventive medicineSkills & AttributesStrong diagnostic and patient counseling skills Leadership and team management capability Excellent communication and presentation skills Empathetic, calm, and guest-centric approach Passion for holistic, lifestyle-based healing What We OfferOpportunity to work in a serene retreat setting Collaborative and purpose-driven work environment Growth and leadership opportunities Accommodation in the Campus along with all 3 meals
