About the role: We are seeking a highly analytical and disciplined Investment & Capital Allocation Manager to represent the CEO in evaluating startup equity opportunities across Kerala and managing structured capital growth through financial market investments.This is not a speculative day-trading role, but a strategic capital management position focused on disciplined growth and risk protection.Responsibilities:Startup Equity Investment (Primary Responsibility) Meet startup founders across Kerala to evaluate business models Analyze financial statements, projections, and funding requirements Conduct structured due diligence Assess valuation and negotiate equity structure Identify risks and scalability potential Make investment recommendations / decisions in alignment with CEO Structure governance terms and investor protection clauses 2️ Post-Investment Portfolio Management Track startup KPIs (Revenue, Burn Rate, EBITDA, Cash Flow, Growth Rate) Conduct periodic review meetings Monitor fund utilization Identify early warning signals Plan exit strategies (Buyback, Acquisition, Strategic Sale, etc.) 3️ Capital Allocation & Market Investments (Secondary Responsibility) Manage approved trading capital across regulated platforms Follow disciplined risk management strategies Maintain capital preservation as priority Apply structured trading methodology (No speculative trading) Monitor drawdowns and maintain performance reports Provide monthly capital performance updates to CEO
