As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing bespoke chandeliers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating visually compelling designs, conducting user and design research, developing user experiences, and applying design thinking principles to solve complex problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals and user needs while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.Qualifications Strong expertise in Visual Design and Product Design Minimum experience of 5 years Experience with Design Thinking and its application in problem-solving Solid understanding of User Research and UX Research methodologies Excellent collaboration and communication skills Proficiency in design tools such as Rhino, Keyshot Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in user-centered design Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, or a related field Prior experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is a plus
