This is a full-time, onsite role best suited for a professional who combines strong academic grounding, practical industry exposure, and a flair for teaching. We are looking for someone who not only understands the craft of fashion styling but is also deeply committed to mentoring and shaping the next generation of stylists and creative professionals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a structured, industry-relevant curriculum in Fashion Styling tailored for online learners. Conduct engaging and interactive live sessions with clarity, creativity, and professional insight. Teach core subjects including personal styling, editorial styling, fashion forecasting, image consulting, wardrobe planning, and visual storytelling. Simplify styling concepts for beginners while challenging intermediate learners with advanced applications. Design practical assignments, styling projects, and portfolio-based assessments in collaboration with the academic team. Guide students in building professional styling portfolios and digital presence. Leverage industry networks to facilitate masterclasses, workshops, and guest sessions. Continuously update course content in line with evolving fashion trends and industry practices. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in Fashion Styling or a related field. Relevant industry experience in fashion styling, editorial work, personal styling, or fashion media. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Fashion Communication, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of styling techniques, body types, color theory, fashion trends, and brand positioning. Familiarity with digital tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other content creation platforms is preferred. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide learners with patience, empathy, and creative leadership.
