What you’ll be doing: Own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects/programs across digital engineering, application development, modernization, and managed services engagements Lead the software architecture and application development of the software solutions by leveraging your knowledge and curiosity of current and future technologies. Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis. Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets. Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks. Guide the team towards successful project delivery and own end to end project and technology delivery Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across delivery Champion agile maturity, DevOps adoption, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat we seek in you: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred) 10–15 years of experience in IT services / digital engineering delivery Proven experience managing large, distributed teams and complex client engagements Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and modern delivery practices Experience with enterprise clients across domains such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Technology (any one or more) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Demonstrated expertise with full life cycle of SDLC, system integrations, engagements across strategy, design, and implementation. Strong Technical foundation with the ability to review program deliverables technically and improve efficiencies Good experience with cloud technologies . Strong understanding of SDLC, Architecture and agile methodologies. Ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team-player Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle.
