Job Description

We’re hiring a motivated, data-drivenPerformance Marketing Executivewho thrives on execution, testing, and iteration.You’ll work hands-on across paid channels to drivecustomer acquisition and growth , with clear ownership of campaign hygiene, optimization, and performance reporting.Job Location: Onsite, Malad (West), MumbaiWhat you'll do: Launch, manage, and optimisecampaigns acrossGoogle Ads (Search/Display/YouTube as applicable), Meta Ads , and other paid channels (affiliate/partners if relevant). Own day-to-daycampaign operations : budgets, bidding, targeting, creative rotations, keyword/search term hygiene, placements, and exclusions. Run ongoingexperimentation(A/B tests) acrosscreatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnel stepsto improve CVR and CAC. Build and maintainperformance dashboards and reporting(weekly/monthly), translating numbers into clear next steps. Ensure solidtracking discipline : UTMs, conversion events, pixel/CAPI basics, GA4 alignment, and clean reporting logic. Collaborate withCreative/Content/Salesto align offers, messaging, and lead quality feedback loops.How you'll think: Performance-first mindset : you don’t just “run ads”—you actively chase improvements and learnings. High ownership : you take responsibility for outcomes, not excuses (what’s working, what’s not, what to fix next). Curious + structured : you ask the right questions, form hypotheses, and test methodically. Bias for action : you move fast, but you don’t break fundamentals (tracking, naming conventions, reporting).What you should know: Strong understanding of: Funnel thinking(TOF/MOF/BOF), acquisition vs retention, and how KPIs shift across stages Core metrics:CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPA/CAC, ROAS, MER , lead quality signals Optimization levers:audience, creative, landing page, bidding strategy, attribution constraints Familiarity with: GA4 , ad platform reporting, basic attribution concepts, and campaign measurement hygieneMinimal requirements: 3-5 yearsof hands-on performance marketing experience (agency or in-house). Strong working knowledge ofGoogle Ads + Meta Ads(campaign setup to optimization). Comfortable with data and reporting: you can interpret trends and recommend actions. Good communication and collaboration skills (especially with creative + sales).Nice to have: Google Ads / Meta certifications Exposure toCROand landing page testing tools/workflows
