Company DescriptionBS Jain Agro Industries is a South India–focused agri-commodities trading and distribution firm specializing in wheat-based products such as maida, sooji, atta, and related derivatives. We supply to bakeries, FMCG manufacturers, food processors, and institutional buyers across multiple states, with a focus on consistent quality, reliable supply, and long-term B2B relationships.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore for a B2B Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting Executive. The role focuses on identifying and reaching out to potential institutional buyers such as bakeries, biscuit manufacturers, food processors, FMCG companies, and distributors.The selected candidate will research target companies, identify decision-makers (procurement heads, purchase managers, etc.), and initiate outbound communication through LinkedIn, email, and phone. The goal is to generate qualified conversations, RFQs, and business meetings for the senior sales team.The role also involves tracking outreach activities, maintaining lead databases, following up with prospects, and continuously improving outreach effectiveness based on responses and market feedback. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and build a database of potential B2B clients across relevant industries Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone Initiate professional conversations introducing the company’s product range and supply capabilities Qualify prospects based on requirement size and business relevance Share product specifications and schedule calls or meetings with interested leads Maintain organized records of outreach, responses, and follow-ups Support creation of a consistent pipeline of RFQs and institutional inquiriesQualificationsStrong communication skills and confidence in speaking with business decision-makers Prior experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, inside sales, or appointment setting preferred Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and phone for outbound prospecting Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven Experience with manufacturing, commodities, FMCG, or industrial B2B clients is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred
