About The Digital Fifth The Digital Fifth is building a next-generation consulting firm at the intersection of financial services, fintech, and digital transformation. We work with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, investors, and technology firms to design and scale digital businesses, transformation programs, and new growth models. We are expanding our Partner group as we enter the next phase of growth with new offerings in AI led transformation, building Insurance Practice and Entry into Africa & Middle East.Role Overview This is a firm-building Partner role with direct ownership of: Revenue and business growth Strategic client relationships Large transformation deals New market offerings You will help shape the firm’s future direction, market positioning, and scale.Key Responsibilities Revenue & Business Growth Drive consulting sales and deliver on revenue targets Originate and close large, multi-year transformation engagements Grow and mine strategic client accounts Client & Market Leadership Build and manage CXO-level relationships Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams Represent the firm in industry forums and strategic discussions Practice & Offering Development Launch new consulting propositions and GTM strategies Build alliances with technology and ecosystem partners Develop scalable, IP-led offerings Engagement & Team Leadership Provide executive oversight to key programs Mentor and grow high-performance consulting teams Ensure outcome-driven delivery excellenceExperience & Skills 15+ years in Consulting / Banking / NBFC / Fintech / Insurance / AI Proven track record in consulting sales and large deal closure Strong CXO network in financial services Experience in driving digital transformation programs Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and growth orientationWhy This Role Is Different True firm-building opportunity, not a title-based promotion Direct influence on strategy, revenue, and expansion Ability to create new practices and market offerings Performance-linked compensation with long-term value creationCompensation Competitive fixed pay + revenue-linked incentives
