Patent Acquisition (Drafting & Filing)Draft high-quality patent specifications (Provisional & Complete) for Indian and International (PCT/USPTO/EPO) jurisdictions. Translate complex engineering concepts into robust, layered claim structures that withstand litigation.2. Intelligence & AnalyticsPerform high-levelPrior Art Searches ,Patentability Assessments , andFreedom-to-Operate (FTO)analyses. Utilize tech driven IP tools to map technology landscapes and identify whitespace for clients. GenerateInvalidity Searchreports to support litigation and opposition strategies.3. Prosecution & Regulatory AffairsDraft persuasive responses to First Examination Reports (FER) and Office Actions. Represent clients inHearingsbefore the Controller of Patents. Manage the end-to-end prosecution lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of domestic and foreign applications.4. Contentious Matters (Opposition & Litigation)Drafting grounds forPre-grant and Post-grant Oppositions . Providing technical-legal support forPatent Infringement Litigationand Revocation proceedings. Analyzing technical evidence to build "Non-infringement" or "Invalidity" arguments.Candidate RequirementsEducation:B.E. / B.Tech in a core engineering branch (Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Electrical). Licensure:Must be aRegistered Patent Agentwith the Indian Patent Office. Experience:1–5 years of proven experience in an IP firm or in-house IP cell. Writing Skills:Exceptional command of English with the ability to write precise, unambiguous technical-legal documents. Analytical Mindset:Ability to quickly grasp new technologies (especially AI, IoT, and GreenTech).
