We are looking for a proactiveSales & Tender Executiveto manage B2C inquiries, government tenders, and quotation coordination.Key Responsibilities Monitor and respond to inquiries from: IndiaMART Company website Email Other digital platforms Search and manage tenders on: GeM portal e-Procurement portals Download tender documents and coordinate submission process Prepare and send accurate quotations based on company pricing guidelines Coordinate with sales, technical, and management teams Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and tenders in Excel Track conversions and prepare basic reports Update product listings and pricing on B2B portals Follow up with customers and government departments Required Skills Any Bachelor’s degree Basic knowledge of government tender process (preferred) Good communication skills Strong follow-up and coordination ability MS Excel, Word, and email handling skills Organized and detail-oriented Job Details Location: Secunderabad, Telangana Office Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Working days: Monday to Saturday Salary: 25k initially and then increased to upto 15% after evaluating 6 month performance
