Hiring: Retail SupervisorLocation: Dindigul, Tamil nadu Brand:Miraza – Premium Dates, Nuts & Healthy DelightsMiraza is looking for a responsible and disciplinedRetail Supervisorto oversee daily store operations and support the smooth functioning of our premium retail outlet. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and capable of handling both operational responsibilities and team supervision.Freshers are also welcome to apply to the roleKey Responsibilities: • Open the store daily and ensure proper start-of-day procedures • Check store condition before opening (electricity, equipment, cleanliness, safety) • Ensure all lights, AC, equipment are properly switched off at closing • Identify and report any discrepancies or operational issues immediately • Supervise and coordinate a team of 8 employees • Monitor staff discipline, attendance & task allocation • Oversee daily store activities and ensure smooth operations • Handle loading & unloading of stocks from warehouse • Monitor stock levels and coordinate product indent requirements • Ensure proper stock arrangement and storage standards • Maintain store cleanliness and display standards • Generate weekly operational reports (sales support data, stock movement, team updates, issues, etc.) • Close the store daily and ensure proper end-of-day proceduresCandidate Requirements: ✔ Prior retail/store supervision experience preferred ✔ Ability to manage and coordinate workforce ✔ Basic knowledge of inventory handling ✔ Physically active (stock handling required) ✔ Responsible, punctual & disciplined ✔ Basic reporting & documentation skills ✔ Strong observation and problem-identification skills ✔ Maintain store cleanliness and display standardsWorking Hours: 8:30 AM – 10:00 PMSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)Why Join Miraza? • Work with a growing premium retail brand • Stable job opportunity • Growth potential based on performance • Practical retail management exposure Interested candidates can send their CV to: miraza.foodstuff@ Contact: +91 8925468686
