The Brand Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen brand identity and market presence. Responsibilities include driving brand positioning, managing campaigns and promotions, analyzing consumer insights, collaborating with the product team, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision. The role requires building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand growth and recognition.Qualifications Experience in brand management, marketing strategies, and campaign execution Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret consumer insights Knowledge of skincare trends, consumer behavior, and branding techniques Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams effectively Passion for skincare, wellness, and a commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
