Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Relation Officer, based in Pune. The Patient Relation Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring their queries and concerns are resolved promptly. Responsibilities include managing patient appointments, providing information about services, maintaining patient records, assisting in admissions and discharges, and addressing patient feedback. The role also involves collaborating with the physiotherapy and wellness team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
