As part of our MICE expansion, we are hiring a MICE Manager to plan and execute national and international corporate events, incentive tours, conferences, and exhibitions end-to-end.Key Responsibilities: • Plan and manage MICE projects – from client brief to post-event report • Identify and liaise with hotels, DMCs, travel agencies, Flight, Transport, etc. • Handle budgeting, costing and negotiation for travel, stay, logistics, and venues • Coordinate with creative and production teams for branding, collaterals, and installations • Ensure seamless travel planning, registration management, and visa documentation where needed • On-ground supervision at events: travel with client teams to manage logistics and delivery • Maintain trackers, itineraries, and ensure real-time reporting and communication • Build long-term vendor relationships and rate cards across locationsKey Skills Required : • Deep understanding of MICE project flow, hotel logistics, and destination management • Strong vendor network and negotiation skills • Hands-on experience in budgeting and travel logistics • Good communication, client handling, and multitasking ability • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and travel planning toolsExperience & Qualification : • 3 - 6 years in MICE/event operations or corporate travel • Graduate/Postgraduate (Travel & Tourism or Event Management preferred) • Must be open to frequent travel and weekend execution
