Role DescriptionThe HR and Admin role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This position will primarily focus on administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.Key responsibilities include managing office administration, coordinating between departments, maintaining records and documentation, scheduling meetings, handling internal communication, maintaining attendance and leave records, and supporting basic HR operations as required. The role requires strong organizational skills and efficient coordination to maintain operational workflow.Qualifications- 0.5–1 year of experience in Admin/HR or a similar role - Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Bengali (mandatory) - Strong organisational and administrative skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively within a team - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Prior experience in an administrative-focused role will be preferred
