Job description: Contract manufacturing Relationship Management:Responsible for daily business communication and relationship maintenance with existing outsourcing manufacturers; lead the development, audit, certification and onboarding processes of new outsourcing factories; organize regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for factory performance and promote continuous imp Forecast and Planning Collaboration:Liaise with the planning department to receive and analyze the master production plan and demand forecast; provide rolling demand forecasts to manufacturers and jointly formulate capacity plans with them; monitor manufacturers' raw material inventory and production schedules to ensure alignment with the company's needs. Production Abnormality Handling:Act as the primary person responsible for handling outsourcing production abnormalities, respond quickly and lead the resolution of issues such as material shortages, quality defects, capacity bottlenecks, and delivery delays; establish and improve standardized processes for abnormality reporting, handling and escalation. Cross-departmental Collaboration:Proactively coordinate internal company teams including planning, quality, R&D, and logistics to form synergy and jointly support front-end factories in solving fundamental problems; organize regular production and sales collaboration meetings to ensure smooth information flow. Cost and Contract Management:Participate in outsourcing price negotiations and cost analysis; be responsible for the drafting, review and execution tracking of outsourcing processing contracts.
